Almost all purchases are covered by a 30-day return policy as standard. There are a few exceptions for items such as personal products, plus the examples listed below. A full list can be found here.
- Items made to the customer’s specification, that are clearly personalised, custom-made or commissioned in any way
- Audio or video recordings, computer software, DVDs or CDs which have a security seal that the customer (or person the customer may have given the product to) has opened or unsealed
- Any digitally downloadable products
- Newspapers, periodicals or magazines
You have 30 days to return any non-faulty items. If the return falls outside this period, it’s up to the seller to accept or decline it. Return postage for non-faulty items is your responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service.
For faulty items within 30 days of delivery, you’re entitled to a full refund. For faulty items between 31 days and 6 months of delivery, the seller has one opportunity to repair or replace the faulty item. If the repair or replacement fails, you’re entitled to a full refund. For faulty items after 6 months of delivery, the seller still has one opportunity to repair or replace the item if it’s confirmed to have a manufacturing fault. If this isn’t successful, you may return the item for a refund. However, the seller may make fair deductions for use during that time.
Please note: Items must be returned to the seller for inspection before any refunds, repairs or replacements can be issued. If a fault or issue is confirmed, your return postage costs will be reimbursed - just be sure to keep a copy of your postage receipt.
