Once the seller has processed your refund, the money should reach your original payment method within 5-10 working days, if you paid with a credit or debit card. If your purchase was made via a 'buy now, pay later' provider such as Klarna or Clearpay, the money will be refunded to them, and they will refund anything you've paid against the purchase. This could take up to 30 days. If you need more information or assistance, you can contact the seller from your account, and allow 48 hours for them to resolve or respond.
