Once a cancellation or return has been confirmed, we'll get in touch with Klarna to let them know. Klarna will then cancel any future scheduled payments and refund any amounts due. You'll see the return in the Klarna app straight away. Your refund should be processed by Klarna within 5 business days, once the cancellation or return is confirmed.
