If you’ve forgotten the password for your easyShop account, you can reset it by clicking 'Forgotten your password?' on the login page. All you have to do is enter your registered email address, and we’ll send you a link to reset it.
Please note: If you created your account without setting a password, the reset option won't be available. Instead, you’ll need to log in by selecting ‘Email me a sign in link’ each time you want to access your account.
Accounts created without a password can't have one set later. The option to create or change a password is only available for accounts that had a password set during registration.
In both cases, the sign in link will expire after 30 minutes. If it expires before you use it, you can request a new one by clicking the ‘Resend link’ button. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
